A double room with decent selection of breakfast, had essentials required. All the staff was very amiable, settled my issues.

The location was central, with the airport just 0.5 miles away, and the room was elegantly decorated with a separate shower and bathroom.

Incredible location in Kuching very close to the waterfront and all good local cafes, the early morning hawker stalls or cafes in Chinatown, and nearby food outlets, shopping and river side. Also, to the nearby tourist attractions. A nice size and well-equipped units and caring staff at the receptionist in front of the restaurant and reception. Extensive and varied breakfast, lots of food and beverages.

The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff was caring and attentive. the location was stunning, just a short stroll away from a stalwart museum. the hotel's proximity to the river and mountains was a definite plus.

We stayed in an a double room complete with air con and a full complimentary bar, as for instance. It had central location close to Hills Shopping Mall. The hotel was an ideal place for enjoying a very comfortable area.

The location of the hotel was marvellous, in the centre of Kuching. Dined at The Steakhouse, it was within a close distance from the venue. The pool was great and I had complimentary drinks in the lobby bar.

Had stocked tastefully decorated room with big bed. The hotel was in a good and unbeatable location walking distance to a river and mountains. I ate in the in-house restaurant nearby.

Nice sized bathroom and a brand-new room. - Comfy beds and amenities like a mini bar, coffee/tea making machines, and a work desk. - Excellent location on a hill with a view of the river. - Close proximity to Kuching Waterfront Bazaar Lively Market, just a 15-minute walk away.

I had a fantastic stay at a well-maintained hotel in Kuching. The lobby was bright and spacious, with natural daylight streaming in through the glass ceiling. I was quickly checked in thanks to Accor web check-in and the friendly staff. My room had a contemporary design and a nice view of the city and riverside. I was even lucky enough to be upgraded to a larger room. The food and drinks from room service and the Puzzle restaurant were consistently delicious. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options and was peaceful with fewer guests. The check-out process was efficient, and the bellmen were courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable accommodations and excellent service.

We stayed on the executive floor, the staff were very friendly and helpful the club was fantastic and the business facilities were excellent. The food was good and the pool area was light and bright.

This hotel is located at Hill shopping Ctr ( just open 2 mths ) and I think the location is the selling points as its close to Waterfront and also varies shopping ctr like Sarawak Plaza , Tun Jugah , Parkson and also those local small "mall" with plenty of "cafe" kopi tiam to choose from.across the street a pub name "GOAL" small and friendly place to relax with a couple of beers

the location was magnificent, close to communal areas and offering a panoramic vista of the city. Climate control and a safe in the room were convenient features. 3. the hotel's hilltop position overlooking the riverside esplanade was stunning.

Clean place overall and an awesome location close to plenty of food options. the staff at the front desk and the restaurant were really attentive. the room size was just perfect 👍.

Excellent location, very close to The Hills. Based close enough to all good local cafes as well as the Riverfront, where the souvenir shops and also another 24hr convenient store located. Good food, extremely helpful staff at the receptionist in front of the restaurant and reception...
